Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your private session date and time. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
With 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new session date scheduled within 60 days, subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the $50 deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another date.
Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun.
Weather, Illness & Emergencies
Life happens, and safety comes first. When severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, illness, family emergencies, or other circumstances beyond either party’s reasonable control affect the session, rescheduling will be offered at no additional charge.
Outdoor sessions may be moved indoors when a safe and suitable space is available.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving late may shorten the experience.
Clients who do not attend and do not provide notice will forfeit the deposit and any payments already made.
Provider Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Yoga Stoned USA must cancel, the client may reschedule at no additional charge or receive a refund of all payments made.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled session. Once that deadline has passed, payments are non-refundable but transferable with proper notice at the discretion of Yoga Stoned USA.
