Hey there, beautiful souls! 🌞
Today, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for something truly special: practicing yoga, and not just as an instructor but as a student. Whether you’re rolling out your mat at home, soaking in the familiar vibes of your favorite studio, or perhaps discovering a new yoga haven, the journey is worth celebrating.

Speaking of favorite studios, let me give a shoutout to my beloved Ahimsa Yoga Studio in Oak Park, IL. This place isn’t just a studio; it’s my sanctuary, a peaceful escape. It’s where I’ve laughed, cried, found inner peace, and even earned a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate. Ahimsa, you have my heart! 💛
Now, let’s talk about something super important: sadhana, our daily spiritual practice. Sadhana is like brushing your teeth but for your soul! 🪥✨ It’s the cornerstone of our growth and peace. And yes, even we yoga instructors need to step into the student role, embracing the discipline and humility it brings.
Super grateful for the opportunity to be able to practice yoga as a student this month (so far) at a couple of new-to-me studios; Groove Chicago (Logan Square) and John Hayley Unbreakable Fitness (Forest Park).
I’m also thrilled to share some exciting news! Drumroll, please…

Namaste and much love,
Jenni
