Join Our Gentle Movement + Sacred Sounds Yoga Session

This summer has been nothing short of dynamic — in the best way.

In July, I found myself pouring spirits on the golf course (yes, quite literally) while sharing the concept of yoga for golfers — because balance, focus, and breath aren’t just for the mat. Then came Champs in Vegas, where I met some incredible souls and had the serendipitous experience of representing a brand called Dimension 12 — how fitting for this chapter of my journey.

Where intensity meets intention, and every inhale is a portal to something deeper.

Born from the collision of high science and high magic, Dimension 12 offers a THC‑P disposable device range. These devices are infused with some of the most advanced cannabinoid profiles on the market. They are also paired with premium California‑sourced terpenes. What makes D12 truly unique is its meaning. Each device is inspired by a Tarot archetype. This alignment connects flavor with symbolism. Whether you’re channeling the commanding force of The Magician, you feel the intuitive pull of The High Priestess. You might also experience the radical upheaval of The Tower. Dimension 12 turns every puff into a ritual. Every flavor becomes a message. Every device, a key.

And now? They’ve recently released hash hole pre‑rolls. These take this ritual even deeper. It is truly an experience for seekers, outliers, and anyone asking, “What else is out there?”

Their vision of pairing frequencies with flavors really resonated with me, and I’m excited to share a little gift with you: take their quiz to discover your own frequency‑flavor pairing, screenshot your result, and send it my way [jenny@yogastonedusa.com] for a complimentary surprise while supplies last.

This past weekend wrapped up in full festival mode at Lollapalooza 2025. I had the pleasure of working with Chase Sapphire x Lollapalooza. The event included an exceptional team from an amazing talent agency. And let me be real with you — festivals are a lot for me.

The noise. The crowds. The sheer intensity of all the energies swirling in one space. My mind often asks, “Where is my mind?” (cue the Pixies). But for real… it can be overwhelming. So I’ve learned to notice. I notice how my body responds. I see where my thoughts start to drift. I recognize when that wave of anxiety begins to creep in. And in those moments, I find my calm within: I listen. I slow down. I take a breath. And I remind myself: this too shall pass.

As someone who experiences anxiety, I’ve also found support in products that help me regulate and return to center. Brands that incorporate CBD have been incredibly therapeutic. They help ease my overstimulated self back into balance. This is especially helpful when the outside world gets too loud.

Here are a few techniques I leaned on to find calm in the chaos:

  • Breathwork: A simple practice of inhaling for 4 seconds and exhaling for 6 seconds kept me grounded. I used it when the noise felt overwhelming.
  • Grounding via hugs: Sometimes connection is as simple as a long, intentional hug.
  • Ear seeds for auricular therapy: Yes, these little wonders you can find on Amazon. They helped regulate my energy throughout the weekend.
  • Staying hydrated: Fun fact — dehydration can actually manifest as anxiety. I made sure to keep my water bottle close at all times.
  • Mindset: Above all, I stayed rooted in gratitude. I am thankful for the opportunities and the experience. I am even grateful for my feet because they’ve taken me so far on this journey.

And now? Back to a rhythm of both business and chillness. Which brings me to what’s next…

On Thursday, August 14th, from 6–8PM, I’m guiding everyone into Gentle Movement + Sacred Sounds. This is part three of Yoga Stoned USA’s Summer Wellness Series at RISE at The Salt Shed. We’ll share a gentle yoga sesh with sacred sounds and scents, plus infused Señorita beverages and a special BOGO (Bring a Friend FREE!) offer.

This summer has taught me a valuable lesson. Connection is everything. It’s important to connect with ourselves, with each other, and with the spaces we move through. Come join me, bring a friend, and let’s rise together.
